The Ring Criterium Series is back for 2019, with The City of Mandurah proudly presenting the first round of the new series. Back in 2017, The Ring brought closed streets racing back to Western Australia with the Ring Encore. In 2018 The Ring closed streets race experience expanded with the introduction of the Wellard Super Crit- Presented by the Village at Wellard. 2019 is a monumental year, with all five events in the series being raced on fully closed roads, creating a European town-centre style for the criterium.

Round one of the 2019 Ring Summer Criterium Series will be held in Mandurah on Sunday the 3rd of February 2019 from 12 pm – 6 pm. Located just 45-minutes south from Perth’s CBD, Mandurah provides the perfect setting for a  criterium with its beautiful ocean views and incredible weather. Racing along the magnificent Mandurah foreshore provides a uniquely WA experience for both competitors and spectators.

We expect the 2019 Ring Criterium Series to set the new standard of cycling events in WA and we are looking forward to a great season of summer racing.
